Withdraw from contract here

You can withdraw from your Kiritsu Premium purchase within 14 days of your first payment and get all your money back. You do not need to give a reason.

Withdraw or ask for a refund

Fill in the details below and press Confirm withdrawal. Your email app opens with the withdrawal ready to send; send it and we confirm by email, with the date and time we received it, and refund the full amount through [payment provider] within 14 days.

Or email [support email] with the words "I withdraw from my contract for Kiritsu Premium", your name, the email you bought with and the order number.

Cancel your subscription

To stop Premium from renewing, use the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or Kiritsu → Settings → Manage subscription. Premium keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and Kiritsu Free keeps working after it. After your first year, you can cancel at any time and get back the part of the year you have not used.

If something does not work as promised, email us: you have the rights the law gives you for faulty digital content and services, whenever you bought.
